'Panic on the streets of London..' (Cheap I know, but relevant..)

Dear All

Well, it seems like Thursdays every fortnight might be turning into 'London Incident' day.. Just watch yourselves out there.

Apologies for the lack of bloggage, I think the next step for us is to write down the blog rota
rather than just assuming that we all know who is next and suddenly a month has past!! So what's new on Planet Pearly... Having lived with the demo for a while, we actually all like it still so that's cool. I'm glad we recorded the older acoustic ones (Uneven and Hangman's Hood) as they have been knocking around for ages and it's good to have people hear that side of the vast amount of material we have rather than just the rock at gigs..

The Dublin Castle gig on Monday went pretty well and I'd like to thank everyone who came on behalf of us all. I've put some photos around.. once again it was great fun and I'm so glad that we dusted off Chromatic and played it despite the absence of the man who kept requesting it at every gig.. Jamie Marshall of End of the New and Apologists. Jamie had Tonsilitis recently and therefore couldn't be there to hear it. I think it was sounding better than it ever has and hope that we keep it in the set from here until boredom.. Here are some more pictures from the gig:

Me playing a good solid G Barre Chord..

These photos are actually giving me weird flashbacks!

Thanks to Dan AKA Turnidge who took all of these it's quite unusual that most are of me because usually Stu and Bruce command the attention of the camera people but hey, they are both very good looking boys.. just ask Guido the Italian Television presenter, he'll tell you abour 'Pearrrleeeeee Bruce or Pearrrleeeeee Stuart'..

This picture to the right is quite funny, it looks like I might be thinking 'It's an interesting chord that Cm7 with the optional add.. I must use it more often..' or 'Who am I again? What am I doing here? If I don't look up, these people might just go..'

Next for the band is get some more gigs, write and learn some new songs and continue to rock as best we can...

Anyway, I must get some sleep as I'm going to Edinburgh this weekend for a jolly good old time I hope.

Take good care
